WooCommerceREST API keys instead of your own scripts

WooCommercewithout scripts

Instead of a script that pages through the REST API, or an SQL query against the WordPress database: generate REST API keys with Read permission and paste them into DataOrganizer. Orders and products are ready for analysis and refreshed daily.

No credit cardNo plugin and no changes to the store’s codeData refreshed daily

Today: exporting orders from WooCommercenightly cron

export script, REST API

# page by page, 100 orders at a time
GET /wp-json/wc/v3/orders?per_page=100&page=7
    &after=2026-09-21T00:00:00
    &status=completed,processing
Authorization: Basic ck_…:cs_…

Then, still by hand

  • net: subtract VAT and shipping costs
  • products and variants: separate queries
  • GA4 and campaigns: pasted into Google Sheets
In DataOrganizer: paste the REST API keys onceOrders, products and stock are ready every day, next to GA4 and campaigns.

This is how it looks in the app

WooCommerce connected, next to Google and Meta

  2. 2Daily, without you
