How it works

From connection to ready-made AI analyses

Six steps, all automatic. You connect the sources; we take care of the rest.

1

API connection

Authorisation via OAuth or an API key: two clicks, no passwords.

2

History import

We retrieve the full available history from all sources in parallel.

3

Normalisation

Cleaning, deduplication and a common data model across platforms.

4

Data warehouse

Isolated database in Google Cloud EU with AES-256 encryption.

5

Dashboards

KPI reports, trends and period comparisons, ready straight away.

6

AI assistant

Ask about your data in natural language; the AI knows the context of your business.

Two-way flow

Enrich data, export results

Add your own information that the API does not provide: margins, costs, context. Export results wherever you need them.

Data import
Enrich API data with your own business information
  • Product margins
Upload margins via CSV if you do not have them in your shop.
  • Additional costs
Add purchasing, logistics and operating costs to your P&L analyses.
  • Business context
Teach the AI the specifics of your business, seasonality and strategy.
  • Files for AI
PDFs, images, CSV/XLSX: the assistant will take them into account in its answers.
Data export
Use your results wherever you need them
  • CSV export
Download data to Excel, Google Sheets or other tools.
  • AI chat history
Save analyses and recommendations generated by the assistant.
  • BI connections
Use the data in Looker Studio, Power BI and similar tools.
  • Team sharing
Export reports for colleagues and stakeholders.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about integrations

How long does it take to connect a new data source?
Most integrations take 5–15 minutes. After authorisation, the system starts retrieving the full available history from the source. Data is synchronised once a day and is up to date as of yesterday. You can also refresh it manually at any time.
Are the connections secure?
Yes. All connections use OAuth 2.0 or secure API keys. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not store passwords to your systems, only authorisation tokens. The entire system is GDPR-compliant.
What data is collected from e-commerce platforms?
Business metrics only: transaction data (order value, status, date), product data (ID, name, price, category, stock level) and aggregated customer statistics. We do not collect personal data of end customers, such as email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses.
Can I disconnect an integration at any time?
Yes. You can disconnect any integration from the user panel. Once disconnected, data from that source is automatically deleted within 30 days. You can also request immediate deletion by contacting support.
What is a “sales channel” in DataOrganizer?
A sales channel is a logical business unit (e.g. a UK shop, a German shop, a marketplace). You can connect multiple data sources to each channel (shop, Analytics, ad campaigns) and analyse them in the context of a specific market or platform.
Does DataOrganizer send data back to the platforms?
No. Data flows in one direction only: into the DataOrganizer platform for analytical purposes. Your data never goes back to Shopify, Google Ads or any other source.
