“Which channel is burning my budget?”
Meta Ads shows ROAS 5.1, but in the product group that dominates these campaigns, returns reach 32%. After deducting returns, marketplace fees and logistics costs, the real margin in this category is negative. It is worth considering narrower targeting.
What your agency tells you
ROAS4.2
“It’s going great!” ✓
Real profit? ?

Your agency says: “ROAS 4.2, it’s going great”
Yet your margin keeps falling. Nobody can tell you why.

Every Monday it’s the same story: you get a report, the bars are going up, ROAS looks good. But there is less left in the account than a quarter ago, and you only find out when you talk to your accountant a month later.

Because nobody in your company adds up marketplace fees, returns, logistics costs and ad costs together in one place. Everyone looks at their own dashboard. Everyone shows their own numbers. None of them answers the question of how much you actually earned.

A high ROAS does not mean you are making money. It only means people click on your ads.

What you get

No more optimistic reports.
Hard profit figures, every day.

On the right is a concrete picture of what DataOrganizer tells you at 8:00 am over your morning coffee. Without asking anyone in the company.

Until now: 5 dashboards, 0 answers

What you have now

ROAS in Meta says one thing, Google Ads says another, and the marketplace panel shows a third number.
Marketplace fees, returns and shipping costs disappear from ad reports, because nobody counts them there.
You ask your manager “how much did we make last week after all costs?” and get a spreadsheet 2 days later.
You set next month’s budget on gut feeling, because the data only arrives after the fact.
With DataOrganizer: one screen, the real number

What you get on day one

One net profit figure after fees, returns, ads and logistics. The same for you, your agency and your accountant.
You see which channel actually makes money and which only looks good in a report. You decide the budget based on profit, not ROAS.
You ask in plain language: “How much did I make last week after all costs?” You get the answer in 5 seconds. No analyst, no waiting.
You open the app, check whether last week was OK and close it. You don’t think about it for the rest of the day.
AI assistant · plain language

Ask in plain language.
Get the answer in 5 seconds.

No waiting for a report from your manager. No calling the agency. No clicking through 5 dashboards. You open the app and ask the way you would ask a friend.

No SQL, no Looker, no building reports. Just plain, everyday language.
Your manager doesn’t have to stop working to check something for you. You ask yourself, you get the answer yourself.
The same data as in the dashboard. One source of truth, no arguments about numbers.

Why does Meta look so bad? My agency says ROAS is 5.1.
You see ROAS 5.1 in the Meta panel, but that figure is calculated only on the advertising side. When we add the data from your shop: in the category where these campaigns sell the most, the average channel fee is 14% and returns reach 32%. After accounting for both, the real margin over the last 30 days drops below zero. It is worth considering limiting Meta campaigns to products with a lower return rate.

Owners’ questions

The doubts we hear most often

I already have an ad agency and someone doing reports. Why do I need this?
Your agency optimises ROAS, because that is what it is judged on. DataOrganizer shows you whether that ROAS actually means profit. The two don’t always go hand in hand, and the difference between “looks good” and “actually making money” is usually 10–30% of your margin.
I have no IT team. I have no analyst. Will I manage?
Yes, and that is exactly why we built DataOrganizer. You connect everything through your browser by clicking “Connect” next to each source. The average setup time is one hour. If you don’t want to do it yourself, delegate it to any employee: if they can log in to a marketplace account, they can connect us too.
What about my data? Is it secure?
Every shop has its own separate database. We host them on Google Cloud infrastructure (the same one that runs YouTube and Gmail). Encryption at rest and in transit. We do not use your data to train anyone’s AI. You can delete your account and all your data with one click.
If it’s that simple, why hasn’t my manager sorted it out in Excel?
Because it’s a matter of time rather than skill. Manually pulling together 5 dashboards every week takes 10–20 hours of work a month, and the data is already out of date by the time the report is ready. A manager would rather (and should) manage than copy tables. We do it automatically, in real time.
I run a small shop. Isn’t this a tool for corporations?
Quite the opposite. The smaller the shop, the more every suboptimal decision hurts, because you have no buffer. Our clients are often businesses with 1–10 people, where the owner looks after the finances personally. The starter plan begins at €49.75/month, less than one hour of a consultant’s time.
What if I don’t like it?
